Young Rebelstar Prabhas is a disappointed man after the release of Saaho. The film ended up as a dud and the actor kept his next film on hold for some time. Radha Krishna Kumar, the film’s director re-worked on the script again and the regular shoot commenced recently. John is the title considered for this action entertainer and Pooja Hegde is the leading lady.

Prabhas after the debacle of Saaho is said to have revised the film’s budget. The film will be made on a strict budget of Rs 150 crores. Most of the budget is allotted to the sets in which the major portions of the film will be shot. Prabhas already lost enough weight and he will be seen in a lean look in this romantic drama. John is aimed for Sankranthi 2020 release. UV Creations, Gopikrishna Movies are the producers.
