Sarkaru Vaari Paata is the next big-budget film that features Mahesh Babu in the lead role. Parasuram is the director and the pre-production work of the project is currently underway. After the super success of Geetha Govindam, Parasuram hiked his remuneration and was in plans to take Rs 10 crores as remuneration home for Sarkaru Vaari Paata. But with the coronavirus outbreak, things changed badly.

As per the latest update, Parasuram agreed to have a paycut in his remuneration. Parasuram will be taking Rs 7 crores home for the movie. Parasuram will also be sharing the profits as he decided to slash down his remuneration. The regular shoot of Sarkaru Vaari Paata will start from October and the makers are in plans to release the film for summer. Mythri Movie Makers and 14 Reels Plus are the producers.
