After the super success of Kannada film KGF, the whole country is now looking for the film’s sequel. Made on a budget of Rs 150 crores, the film is currently under shoot. Prashanth Neel is the director and Yash, Srinidhi Shetty are the lead actors. The shoot of the film is happening at a fast pace in Bengaluru. The film was initially planned for summer release.
But the latest update says KGF: Chapter 2 will release for Dasara this year. Prashanth Neel and his team is in plans to announce the date at the earliest. He is in talks with the VFX team to finalize the date. Hombale Films are the producers. Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon will be seen in other important roles. KGF: Chapter 2 is carrying huge expectations and the film’s theatrical rights are picked up for record prices in all the languages.
