Young actor Karthi carries a massive craze in Telugu along with Tamil. His recent outings Oopiri and Kashmora ended up as decent entertainers. The actor is now busy wrapping up the shoot of his next film titled Khaki. H Vinoth is the director of the movie which is the story of a brave cop. Rakul Preet Singh is romancing Karthi for the first time and she will be seen as a traditional village girl in the film.
The makers are in plans to release the film on November 17th this year and the teaser will be out on September 27th during Dasara. The theatrical trailer of the movie will be out on October 17th during Diwali. Khaki is bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures banner in association with Reliance Entertainments. Karthi is quite confident on the film’s success and he lost enough weight for the role of a cop.
