Young actor Karthi is on a roll and is busy with several Tamil films. The actor assured that he would soon sign a straight Telugu film and the discussions are currently on. He is eagerly waiting for the release of his next film titled Dev. He is in Hyderabad promoting the film and Karthi interacted with the media speaking about the film.

When media personnel asked about his straight Telugu film, Karthi revealed that he was impressed with couple of interesting plots narrated by Chandrasekhar Yeleti and gave his nod. Karthi will take the final decision after he listens to the entire script. The regular shoot commences during the second half of this year and the film will be made in Telugu and Tamil languages. Suriya will produce this action thriller.
