Young and talented director Anil Ravipudi tasted his fourth success in a row with F2: Fun and Frustration that ended up as a massive blockbuster which released during Sankranthi. Superstar Mahesh Babu was extremely impressed with the way Anil has been shaping his career and he asked him to narrate a script. Anil recently met Mahesh and narrated an out and out mass entertainer that left Mahesh excited.

Anil is currently developing the script and Mahesh will take a call after the final narration. Sukumar who failed to impress Mahesh wanted six more months to come up with an interesting plot. Anil Ravipudi is said to have utilized this opportunity and bagged an offer to direct Superstar. Anil Sunkara and Mahesh Babu will jointly produce this film.
