Nandamuri Balakrishna pinned all his hopes on his next film which has been titled NTR and the movie is the biopic of his father late NTR. The film will be directed by Teja and the regular shoot will commence from May. The female lead and the other crucial actors are being finalized currently and Teja is fine tuning the script during this break. Bollywood beauty Vidya Balan has been approached to play Basavatarakam in the film but the actress wanted to take her time and reveal her decision.
The actress is yet to reveal her decision and it has been three weeks. Vidya Balan has been silent about the film and the makers are in plans to approach the actress back after which they will take a final call. If Vidya Balan is not in a mood to take part, they are in plans to replace her soon and start the shoot. Balakrishna will be seen in several roles in the film and NTR will be made on a massive budget. NBK Films will produce NTR and the film will release during Dasara this year.
