Kannada Superstar Yash shot the attention of the country with his latest offering KGF. The film has been directed by Prashant Neel and Srinidhi Shetty played the female lead. KGF released in limited number of screens on December 21st across the globe in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages. The film received thumping response from the audience and has been declared as a hit.

With bunch of releases, the movie took time and gradually gained strength. The film now grossed Rs 100 crores in all the Indian languages. The collections have been super strong during the weekdays and the film is the sole blockbuster of the season. Telugu films Padi Padi Leche Manasu and Anthariksham 9000 kmph have been badly rejected by the audience. Tamil movie Maari 2 and Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero too ended up as disasters which released on same day along with KGF.
