Anand Shankar is the director and Vijay Devarakonda plays a politician and Chief Minister in this action drama. Mehreen is the heroine and Satyaraj, Nassar played other pivotal roles. Allu Arjun was the first consideration for NOTA and the film’s director Anand Shankar narrated the script to the top actor initially. However Allu Arjun was not convinced with the script and he even felt that the film would not appeal to Telugu audience.
