Nandamuri Balakrishna felt that he is the apt one to reprise the role of his father legendary actor NTR on screen. The film too has been titled NTR and Teja has been assigned the responsibility to direct the film. The movie will have its official launch tomorrow in Ramakrishna Studios, Hyderabad and the regular shoot will commence from the first week of April. Vidya Balan plays NTR’s wife in the film and the other cast, crew members will be announced officially tomorrow.
The makers erected a massive Chennai set in Ramakrishna Studios and the first schedule will be shot in the special set. A special house set which resembles the same one that NTR lived in Chennai has been erected informed a source from the movie unit. MM Keeravani is the music composer and Teja is in plans to shoot for two weeks every month for NTR and the other two weeks for Venky’s Aata Nade Veta Nade. Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri will produce NTR and the film has been slated for Sankranthi 2019 release.
