Super talented filmmaker Dil Raju has been busy with several interesting projects and he even has been acquiring the theatrical rights of several crazy projects. The ace producer released Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema recently and he acquired the theatrical rights of Nani’s Krishnarjuna Yuddham which is releasing next month. Now the latest update says that Raju is currently in talks with sensational director Puri Jagannadh and he acquired the theatrical rights of his next film Mehbooba.
Mehbooba features Aakash Jagannadh and Neha Shetty in the lead roles and is said to be a periodic drama set in 1970s during the India – Pak war. The post-production work of the film is currently in final stages and Sandeep Chowta composed the tunes and the background score. Dil Raju will release the film through Sri Venkateswara Creations across the globe. Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies produced Mehbooba and the film has been announced for May 11th release.
