Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 and Kaala which have been planned for release this year. While Kaala will hit the screens during summer, 2.0 may hit the screens during Diwali this year. It may be a surprise, but Rajinikanth signed one more film and he would wrap it up before he makes his full time entry into politics. The film will be directed by youngster Karthik Subbaraj and will roll during the second half of this year. The cast, crew are being locked currently.
