The story of Babri Masjid was dated back to 15th century when Mughal Emperor Babur won the war against Ibrahim Lodi, the last ruler of the Delhi Sultanate, in the First Battle of Panipat (1526). The Mughal invasion wouldn’t have happened if King Hemu had won the battle of Panipat Babri Masjid was built in the year 1928-29
