Positives:

Performances
Emotional stuff
Interval episodes
Locations
First half

Negatives:

Slow pace
Second half
Lack of entertainment

Performances:

Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya is an emotional film and Satyadev’s performance is the major highlight of the movie. He is an incredible actor and can fit well in any kind of role. He is subtle throughout and tops the show in emotional episodes. Both the actresses Hari Chandana and Roopa Koduvayur look natural and fit well in their assignments. Suhas takes care of the entertainment and Naresh has an interesting role. All the other actors did their parts well.

Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya is the remake of Malayalam movie Maheshinte Prathikaaram. The screenplay work has been decent and the cinematography, music makes the film extremely passable. The locations are good and the production values are apt. Director Venkatesh Maha made sure that the film is emotional to the core when needed. The slow pace is the only barrier for the film and the second half of Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya is completely predictable.

Verdict:

Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya is an emotional entertainer that has decent performances backed by good technical aspects. A decent one time watch.
